As an employment specialist for 360 Healthcare Staffing, Patty
Williams is an integral part of 360’s team. She is responsible for
finding qualified and professional physical, occupational and
speech therapists for employment opportunities throughout the
southern region of country. She maintains relationships and manages
employees who are currently working with 360.
A rewarding part of her job is when she has highly satisfied
clients and healthcare professionals. “I am currently providing a
client with a full-time occupational therapist and physical
therapist, and the client cannot speak more highly of these two
individuals. The client is very satisfied with the employees’
positive impact on patient care,” she explains. “The best part of
being an employment specialist, though, is providing excellent
customer service. I love being able to provide my employees with
the necessary tools to do a great job.”
