Commitment to patient care is the cornerstone of Janet’s passion for her work as a Nursing Home Administrator. She takes that enthusiasm on the road with her and has worked with 360 Healthcare Staffing since 2005.

“Whether our residents are short-term or long-term, I want our team to give them the quality of care that they deserve,” she said. “I learn something new at every building I visit and get to share also what I have learned some place else.”

With her experience, Janet tries to bring a skilled eye to each new assignment. She is particularly fond of meeting new residents and staff and getting to know the personality of each location.

“I have always enjoyed going to new assignments and helping get buildings ready for survey, clearing surveys or just helping the building get to where they want to be,” she said. “It is always about patient care and that is the leadership I try to bring to all buildings.”

Janet has worked almost exclusively at Golden LivingCenters and said that the consistent policies and procedures add to quality care. “We offer such incredible services for our patients—I really enjoy seeing the positive outcomes.”

Janet has been married for 32 years, has two sons and two precious grandsons.
